HOW DO WE WORK TOGETHER?
Fill out the contact form for the project you have in mind (special event, engraving or creative commission, you’ll find the contact form under the photo gallery in each of those sections.) I’ll be in touch to discuss any other questions you or I may have and discuss the availability on my work calendar. In order to secure your work dates on the calendar we’ll draw up a contract and talk about the 50% non-refundable deposit on your estimate for labor and supplies (if necessary).
Your prospective work dates will be held on the work calendar for 5 business days and then the dates will be opened up for other clients.

Set up & design fee for all jobs - $50
Prices below are listed as “starts at” and some items will give you monoline or dip pen options. Confused about the difference? You can find the explanation of monoline and dip pen here.
What changes the “starts at” price? Working with special colors or on unusual items. There’s a big difference between writing a table number on a piece of paper and on an apple (yes, it can be done!)
Please remember for envelopes, place cards, seating cards, etc, we need to have 20% extra product. For example: If you have 100 invitations that need to be mailed, we’ll need 120 envelopes.
Outer envelopes - pricing starts at $2.75 for monoline, $4.25 for dip pen lettering
Inner envelopes - $1.75 for monoline, $2.75 for dip pen for inner envelopes.
Day of Event Items
Seating cards - $2.25 each for monoline, $3.00 each for dip pen
Place cards - $2.00 each for monoline, $2.75 each for dip pen
What’s the difference? Seating cards are presented as guests enter your event and tell them what table to sit at, such as “Mr. and Mrs. John Smith - Table 5”. Then, at Table 5 there would be cards at each place setting telling the guests where to sit and that would be the place card.
Table markers - pricing starts at $4.00 each for a number or $5.00 each for a table name

Invitation designs - start at $250
RSVP design - starts at $125
RSVP address - starts at $50
Return address - starts at $50
Drop calligraphy - $50/line - an example of this would be the couple’s names are calligraphed and “dropped” into a typeset invitation.
Other special event needs can include buffet cards, table signage, chair decorations, banners, etc. Let me know what you need and we’ll find the best solution for you!

Pricing is determined per project and is dependent on size, number of words, graphic elements (if any), and materials needed. When you’re filling out the contact form, please use lots of descriptive words to describe how you “see” your project.
